The www.cergypontoise2024.fr website, as it was initially designed, is not intended to collect personal data from its visitors,  but is compelled to do so in order to answer questions asked directly via the information request form (contact). In this case, the Cergy-Pontoise Urban Area Community undertakes to not make commercial use of the data and to keep it only for a period strictly related to the purpose of processing.

The data collected is intended solely for use by the Cergy-Pontoise Urban Area Community and its service providers in the performance of their duties. Any service provider who comes into contact with this data will therefore be under an obligation of confidentiality. It is prohibited to use for one’s own account, or to transfer to third parties, all or part of this personal data.

Cookies

The cookies used on this site have several purposes, most notably to stop displaying the mention of the use of cookies, to stop displaying the flash info once it is closed, to allocate a session identifier, to obtain website traffic statistics (Google analytics), and to allow sharing via social networks.

 

Right of access and rectification

On this site, Internet users may be asked to provide personal data that may be processed. If this is the case, in accordance with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU/2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the persons concerned shall have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete such data.
