Disciplines

The Cergy-Pontoise Urban Area Community, the towns of Cergy, Pontoise, Saint-Ouen l’Aumône, and l’Île de loisirs de Cergy-Pontoise have all been selected as official 2024 Olympic Preparation Centres  for 11 Olympic and Paralympic disciplines, spread over seven sports centres:

• Olympic and Paralympic Swimming at the Parvis Pool in Cergy-Pontoise;
• Olympic and Paralympic Athletics at the Maradas-Joël Motyl Stadium in Cergy-Pontoise;
• Olympic Basketball, 3×3 Basketball and Breakdancing at the Maradas-Joël Motyl Sports Complex in Cergy-Pontoise;
• Handball at the Troisième Millénaire Gym in Cergy;
• Beach Volleyball at the Saint-Ouen l’Aumône Sports Park;
• Table Tennis at the Philippe Hémet Multi-Sports Hall in Pontoise; and
• Canoe/Kayak Slalom at the Whitewater Stadium at l’Île de loisirs, Cergy-Pontoise.
