The complex features a 2,000 m² indoor Athletics hall, a Polytan Athletics track with an 800-seat covered stand, throwing areas (Hammer, Javelin, Shot Put and Discus), jumping areas (Pole Vault, High Jump, Long Jump and Triple Jump), two synthetic pitches, (Football and Rugby) and a grass pitch.
The course is also approved by the French Athletics Federation thanks to its Race Office and Timing Tower.

This centre is home to the Cergy-Pontoise Athletics Club (EACPA), which competes at the highest level in France. Its hosts many national sporting and cultural events and helps develop sporting activities for students at the Cergy-Pontoise International Campus (including the ILEPS Graduate School of Sporting Professions).
